Diet info and questions.

Does anyone know if avocados are particularly bad for us to eat? Having just had half of one, I then decided to check on the Nutrition Facts and Analysis list what the choline content is (note that I checked after I'd eaten it, most people would check before!) . It has 4g choline per 28g (1oz) which doesn't seem too bad and also has 30.8mg of Omega-3 and 473mg of Omega-6, both of which would be good for someone without this condition but I'm not sure about people with TMAU.

I'm struggling to stick to any kind of low choline diet at the moment and I'm sure I can smell myself quite a lot of the time. Eating up all the stuff left from Christmas and low choline diets just don't go together!!! :(

Avocado is okay apparently,
but not to be eaten to often.
