Your dietican sounds a lot better than the one i saw.
my sheet has things like pork cod squid andd some cruciferous vegetables as ok.
no meal plans, no monitoring. Its almost a year since i saw her or the doctor,
he hasnt even taken me through my results,
my gp had to finally perscribe a course of antibiotics because i got zilch.
i still get reactions though maybe less drastic.
I am as lost as ever. Muddling throuugh.
the diet is clearly unhealthy. I do wonder should i try somthing else.
Can't afford to lose any more weight thats for sure.
