hi. when do you usually take your activated charcoal and chlorophyll?
I am curious because some said that if you take the activated charcoal, it will suck the vitamins and goodness of food and other supplements, so I was wondering if you take them together or is there an interval of 2 hours? like taking first the chlorophyll then the charcoal, and what time usually and how many per day and per night? thanks.
